A Shaman Prayer

I am the freshness of spring

I have the courage to embrace the stillness within

I listen to the voice of Spirit that lives within me

Every cell of my body is filled with love and light

I radiate grace and calmness

My vibration is a wave that gently extends to those around me

My energy pulses with a new awareness of peace

Today, I plant the seeds of my becoming.
